Sometimes, a picture is worth a thousand words. As a result, USACE and DLNR staff decided to take the Regional Sediment Management workshop on the road to get a hands-on approach to examining the issues and potential solutions that exist along O'ahu's southeastern coastline. Here is the route that was followed during the day's adventures. At each stop, posters were hung up on the bus, and breakout discussions occurred to talk about the issues, potential sand sources, etc. It was a very productive day.
